Daniel Jules Oscar Wansi (born February 22, 1982 in Yaoundé ) is a former Cameroonian football player .
Career
After working in Cameroon and Tunisia , Wansi joined Inter Zaprešić , his first European club , in 2003 . He then played in Dubai before he was signed on July 1, 2004 by Dynamo Dresden , who had been promoted to the 2nd Bundesliga . At Dynamo he made 28 appearances under Christoph Franke in the 2004/05 season , but scored no goals. After further stints in China , Belgium and Montenegro , Wansi played again in the 2009/2010 season for his hometown club Cintra Yaoundé in Cameroon. His last position as a footballer was between January 18 and July 31, 2011 at El Gouna FC in Egypt . After that, Wansi ended his career.
At the age of 19, Wansi won the 2001 “Crack d'Or” award for Cameroon's Footballer of the Year.
