Viktor "Isildur1" Blom (born September 26, 1990 in Rånäs , Norrtälje ) is a professional Swedish poker player . He was known for his unusually high return on investment and high-stakes play on Full Tilt Poker .

Poker career

On September 16, 2009, Blom played for the first time on the online poker platform Full Tilt Poker under his user name Isildur1 . He challenged well-known professional players like Phil Ivey , Tom Dwan or Patrik Antonius in the highest possible stakes. By November 15, 2009, Blom had made a profit of around five million US dollars . However, his very aggressive way of playing poker and his poor bankroll management meant that he quickly gambled away the money he won and even emptied his account by October 2010.
