Daniel Willaschek (born January 1, 1980 in Opava , Czechoslovakia ) is a German - Czech ice hockey player who has been playing in the 1st EV Weiden in the ice hockey league since 2013 .
Career
Willaschek went through his junior years for teams of his birthplace Opava before he moved to HC Vítkovice for two years in 1997 . There he first played for the juniors before he went on the ice for the professional team in the extra league . 1999 Willaschek returned to Opava and played there in the second highest Czech league . After a season at SK Kadaň , he then came to Germany to play for the EHC Freiburg for the next three years .
After a year with the Mosquitos Essen , the ETC Crimmitschau signed the 28-year-old, for whom he played until the end of the 2009/10 season. During his time in Crimmitschau he played 139 games in the 2nd Bundesliga ice hockey. For the 2010/11 season Willaschek signed a contract with league competitor REV Bremerhaven .
