Daniel Winkler (moderator)

Daniel Winkler (born March 28, 1981 ) is a South Tyrolean radio presenter, columnist and book author. He works as the morning presenter of the South Tyrolean radio station Südtirol 1 .

Life

Winkler first appeared in 1998 as a radio host on Radio Sonnenschein in Lana . In 1999 he switched to RSW (Radio Sarner Welle) as editor and presenter and has been chief presenter at the South Tyrolean private broadcaster Südtirol 1 in Bolzano since 2001 .

Since 2001 Daniel Winkler has also hosted the Südtirol 1 Sunday breakfast "Fire & Flame", where he asked Herbert Grönemeyer , Mario Adorf , Michelle Hunziker or Philipp Lahm for an interview. In December 2010 a short video of "Feuer & Flamme" appeared online for the first time. In November 2011 Daniel Winkler brought the German Chancellor Angela Merkel in front of the microphone and talked to her about her love for her holiday destination South Tyrol.

Winkler completed radio training courses at the German Radio Academy in Dortmund, among others . He gained radio and media experience at Hitradio FFH in Hesse, Inselradio Mallorca , Radio Hamburg and RTL-Explosiv in Cologne.

Daniel Winkler has been a weekly columnist for the South Tyrolean Sunday newspaper Zett since 2006. In 2009 Winkler's book "Daniel Winkler & die Promis" ( Athesia-Verlag Bozen ) was published, which was sold out after only three months. In April 2012 his second book, the guide "Never again morning grouch - 50 pick-me-up tips from Daniel Winkler" ( Athesia-Verlag Bozen ) came on the market.

Daniel Winkler also appeared as a moderator at events and events in South Tyrol. He is also an advertising medium for the South Tyrolean fashion label “Luis Trenker” and the youth program of the South Tyrolean Raiffeisenkassen “Bank the Future”.
