biography

Hills played drums and keyboards in the church choir from an early age . During his youth he discovered his interest in music production and made his first experiments with a six-track tape recorder. Before he finished high school in 1999 , he met producer Teddy Riley , for whom Hills was writing a song for Blackstreet . In 2001 he met Timbaland and played some of his creations for him. Timbaland reacted positively, but no collaboration came about. It was not until 2003, when the two of them met again, that Timbaland Hills invited him to help him with the production of the artist John Doe in Miami in December 2003 . Since then they have been working together again and again as equal partners.

Hills writes and produces songs for a large number of successful artists such as Nelly Furtado , Justin Timberlake , Britney Spears and for Timbaland. He also works with non-genre artists such as Björk .
