Game principle and technology

Memoria follows the common adventure game principle. The game is set up in a scenic way with hand-painted 2D backdrops in front of which the animated characters interact. The player controls Geron and Sadja indirectly with the help of a point & click control . In the course of the game there are various puzzles to be solved, including common dialogue, object and combination puzzles. A special feature is Geron's magical ability to magically smash objects and repair them again. Princess Sadja can cast some spells.

Production notes

In contrast to its predecessor Satinavs Ketten , Memoria was not tied to the online distribution platform Steam when it was first published , which had led to expressions of discontent at the time.
