David Bowe (born January 4, 1964 in Los Angeles , California ) is an American actor .

Life

Bowe began his career in the mid-1980s with a guest appearance on the television series An Angel on Earth . He made his feature film debut in 1987 in the comedy High Life on the beach alongside Frankie Avalon . He played his biggest film role to date in 1989, alongside Weird Al Yankovic, in the comedy UHF - Broadcasters with Limited Hope , where he was seen as Bob's best friend and business partner .
