David Lim
David Lim (born September 23, 1983 in Oakland , California ) is an American actor and model of Chinese descent.
life and career
David Lim was born in Oakland, California, one of two children and graduated from De La Salle High School at Concord in 2001 . During his school days he was active in basketball and soccer . He later went to the University of California, San Diego , where he graduated with a degree in electrical engineering .
He has been an actor since 2009. He took on his first role in the short film Turnover . In 2012 he played as Smith in Hollywood Heights for the first time a recurring role in a television series. In addition, he mainly appeared in guest roles in US series, for example in Shadow of Passion , Castle , 90210 , Marvel's Agents of SHIELD , Supergirl and Criminal Minds .
From 2016 to 2017 he was seen as Sebastian Chen in a supporting role in the series Quantico . In 2017 he took on one of the leading roles as Victor Tan in the series SWAT .
Shortly after settling in Los Angeles in 2009, Lim signed a contract with Ford Models . He was seen in commercials from Gillette , McDonald’s , Apple and Microsoft .
Personal
In the summer of 2018, he got engaged to model Marketa Kazdova after they had been in a relationship for four years. The wedding took place in Prague in summer 2019.
