David de Lautour
David Hugh de Lautour (born November 28, 1982 in Christchurch , Canterbury ) is a New Zealand actor .
Life
Born in Christchurch, De Lautour attended King's College in Auckland . He then received a $ 50,000 scholarship and went to New York City , where he trained as an actor at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy . After graduating, De Lautour began working as a television actor in various New Zealand and US productions.
He has appeared in series such as Xena - Die Kriegerprinzessin (as "Icus"), Hallo Holly (as Ben Sheffield ) and Power Rangers Jungle Fury (as RJ ) since the mid-1990s . From 2006 De Lautour began working for the production company Tool Shed Productions as a director for various films and stage productions. In 2008 he played the role of Michael Cypher in Legend of the Seeker and in 2010 a supporting role in an episode of Navy CIS: LA
