action
The newspaper reporter Martin Bohm was once successful until his wife was killed in the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001 in one of the towers of the World Trade Center . Since then, his job has been to take care of his autistic son Jake. Martin not only fails to communicate with his son, but is also overwhelmed with his behavioral problems. The youth protection authority will soon be switched on. Clea Hopkins thinks it would be best if Jake came to a home. Martin sees it differently, because he noticed that his son ran away from school three times in a row at the same time to climb a transmission tower . He realizes that Jake can predict the future. He receives support from Arthur Teller, an expert on children with unusual talents.

In addition to Sutherland, the young actor David Mazouz was cast as Jake - the autistic son of Sutherland's role - and Gugu Mbatha-Raw as Clea Hopkins' social worker.
