The Mühlacker deanery is one of 25 deaneries in the Roman Catholic diocese of Rottenburg-Stuttgart and consists of three pastoral care units and nine parishes. With around 17,000 Catholics, it is the smallest deanery in the Rottenburg-Stuttgart diocese. The Dean's office is in Mühlacker in the Enzkreis .

history

On April 1, 1992, the Catholic deanery Mühlacker was founded for the Catholic parishes in the Enzkreis belonging to the Rottenburg-Stuttgart diocese.

The Mühlacker Dean's Office is divided into the following pastoral care units (SE) and parishes:

tasks

As the "middle level" between the diocese and parishes, the dean's office performs three tasks: It supports the parishes of the dean's office in their pastoral mandate, represents the Catholic Church in regional social and cultural issues and communicates the concerns of the bishop.
