Denis Borissowitsch Gluschakow ( Russian Денис Борисович Глушаков ; English Denis Glushakov ; born January 27, 1987 in Millerowo , USSR ) is a Russian football player . He is currently under contract with the Russian first division club Achmat Grozny .
Career
society
Gluschakow began his football career at FC Nika Moscow . His talent was discovered there and Lokomotiv Moscow bought him with a resale fee of 15%. At Lokomotiv he found himself very well after two loans to lower class Russia and was then a regular in the central midfield. From 2005 to 2013 he made almost 150 league games for the capital city. In 2013 he was bought by another club from Moscow, Spartak Moscow . They paid around eight million euros for him. Of this, 1.2 million euros went to Nika Moscow. After some teething problems, he was also set at Spartak. He also made around 150 league games for Spartak. At the age of 32, he then moved to the somewhat weaker first division club Achmat Grozny . There he was considered one of the top players and was almost always in the starting line-up.
National team
Glushakov made his national team debut on March 29, 2011 in a friendly against Qatar . On October 11, 2011, he scored his first goal for Russia in the European Championship qualifier against Andorra .
Gluschakow took part with the Russian national team in the 2012 European Football Championship in Poland and Ukraine .
Since August 2012 he has a regular place in the national team.
At the European Football Championship in France in 2016 , he was included in the Russian squad . In the first tournament game against England, he was a substitute in the last 20 minutes. Against Slovakia he was one of two half-time substitutions. He still managed to score 1: 2, but the game was still lost. In the third game against Wales he played for the first time from the start. After that, the team retired as bottom of the group.
At the Confed Cup 2ß17 he was also there and played all group games from the start and over 90 minutes until the Russians were eliminated. He played his last game in the national jersey on March 23, 2018. A few days later, he announced his retirement.

Denis Gluschakow married his girlfriend Darja on June 19, 2009, who is a dentist by profession. Daughter Valeria was born on September 26, 2011. The family lives in Rostov-on-Don .
