Denis Pawlowitsch Golubew ( Russian Денис Павлович Голубев ; born July 11, 1991 in Magnitogorsk , Russian SFSR ) is a Russian ice hockey player who has been under contract with Ak Bars Kazan from the Continental Hockey League since June 2015 .

Career

Denis Golubew began his career as a hockey player in his hometown in the youth division of Ak Bars Kazan , for whose professional team he made his debut in the Continental Hockey League in the 2009/10 season . In three games he stayed without points and received two penalty minutes. The entire remaining season he spent for the junior team of Kazan in the junior league MHL , in which he scored 75 points in a total of 48 games. In the following season he completed another five KHL games, but was still mostly used in the MHL at Bars Kazan. At the end of the season Golubew was loaned to Neftjanik Almetyevsk from the Vysschaja Hockey League , where he went to the end of the season in 14 games for Almetyevsk.

For the 2011/12 season he should be loaned to Mora IK from the Swedish HockeyAllsvenskan , but the loan deal did not materialize in the end. Instead, Golubew stayed with Neftjanik Almetyevsk in the Wysschaja Hockey League, but was also used in the KHL and MHL.

In July 2014, Golubew was given to HK Lada Tolyatti in exchange for a right to vote for the KHL Junior Draft 2016 . He returned to Ak Bars a year later.
