Johanna Hofer suffers from a severe autoimmune reaction, which Dr. Gruber and Dr. Kahnweiler is very astonished, because only recently another patient received the same rather unusual diagnosis that has not been seen since. That was the lawyer Dr. Rensing. Martin seeks her out, but her husband has missed her for days. When he sees one of the photos, it is clear to him: Johanna Hofer is Dr. Rensing! She has a personality disorder and is convinced that she is someone else, Johanna Hofer.

The insurance case at Hof Distelmeier is reopened at the request of the head of the insurance, which prompts Anne to return to her home country, which is not in the interests of Martin, since he and Rike have become closer, which is not in the interests of Anne at all, because after she found out about this, she called Martin a traitor because he was with the responsible insurance representative, who still refused to pay Anne.
