action

The “nonsense” test is carried out at school to find out which occupation each student is best suited for. The evaluation of this test shows that Lisa and Bart should become a housewife and police officers. Lisa is not at all enthusiastic about it and even asks a musician if she could pursue a career as a saxophone player, but he advises against it. Meanwhile, Bart is allowed to spend an evening with the police and says he wants to become a police officer as an adult.

In the meantime, Lisa seems more and more listless and makes friends with female rowdies at school. As Bart shows more and more responsibility with the police, Principal Skinner appoints him to the school inspector. After all, Lisa's school grades keep getting worse, while Barts keep getting better.

After Lisa realizes that her class teacher Ms. Hoover is reading all the answers to her questions from a book, she starts stealing all of the teachers' school books and hides them in her locker. As a result, all the teachers in the school are at a loss as to how they should teach from now on, which is why Principal Skinner and Bart start to search all the students' lockers. When Bart finally opens Lisa's, he finds the books there. Shortly thereafter, Skinner appears and asks who is responsible. Lisa wants to take the blame first, but Bart anticipates her and claims to be responsible for it himself.

After Bart got his sentence for this, he explains to Lisa that he doesn't want her to obstruct her promising future.
