action

After her father's sudden cardiac death, the mother, feeling ill, opens a bank account for her children Jack, Julie, Sue and Tom so that they can withdraw money in an emergency. Before she can even go to a hospital, she dies. The two teenagers Jack and Julie decide to hide their mother's death so that the children cannot come to the home and hide the body in the basement under cement. The younger children deal with the loss of their parents in different ways: Tom wears girls' clothes, Sue withdraws and only confides in her diary. Jack and Julie take over the household role as parents and begin an incestuous relationship. Julie's real friend Derek reveals the family's secrets to the police.
