Little Nils

Little Nils is a comedy character . Nils (full name: Nils Maximilian Bartels ) is a fictional five-year-old boy who dials mostly public, but sometimes also private, telephone numbers throughout Germany and uses invented stories to lead those called on the black ice ( phone prank ).

Nils' grandfather Kurt, hamster “Horst” and the dog “Nico” often play a role. Nils and Grandpa Kurt are spoken in this radio comedy by Oliver Döhring , who invented the character and also writes episodes and gags. Nils' best friends are Aurelie, Jule, Clara (spoken by Gerlinde Jänicke ), Nana and Franziska, all of whom he would like to marry later. Nils' best friend is Daniel. All but twelve-year-old Daniel are still in kindergarten. The basic concept is that Nils does things that only adults actually do. This knitting pattern has been varied in new versions for many years.

The pranks of the little Nile are now broadcast on nineteen radio stations in German-speaking countries (including R.SH , Antenne Bayern , 104.6 RTL , Radio Brocken , Radio Regenbogen , Antenne Niedersachsen , HR3 , Hitradio RTL Sachsen , Radio Salü , KroneHit from Austria, Radio 32 and Capital FM from Switzerland and the complete Radio NRW group with 45 local stations) and reach over seven million listeners.

His CDs stayed in Germany for between nine and thirteen weeks in the album charts and also achieved high placements in the Swiss charts .

Furthermore, Der kleine Nils was number one in the German comedy charts for several weeks. In 2007, his ringtone Blödi on the cell phone was number one for a total of 38 weeks, Jamba .

The little Nils was used several times for charitable purposes, for example for leukemia aid , at children's festivals of social institutions (including in Berlin, Dresden, Erfurt, Halle etc.) or in campaigns for children at the Federal Ministry of Health . In addition, the makers of the project are involved in z. B. World Vision Germany , Karuna eV Berlin, German Brain Tumor Research eV, German bone marrow donor database or in various anti-violence projects. With the CD girls don't fart! Der kleine Nils promoted the “Foundation Hensel and Gretel”, which takes care of abused children and adolescents, as well as related campaigns such as “Don't be a perpetrator!”.
