The Little Raven Sock is a film by Ute von Münchow-Pohl and Sandor Jesse from 2012. The children's book series Kleiner Rabe Socke by Nele Moost and Annet Rudolph served as a template . The German theatrical release was on September 6, 2012. In 2015, the successor Der kleine Rabe Socke 2 - Das große Rennen appeared .

action

The little raven sock accidentally damages the dam in the forest while playing pirates with his friends. To prevent the lake from running out into the forest, Socke wants to ask the beavers for help. He also hopes to avoid being punished by Mrs. Dachs, the guardian of the animals in the forest.

Together with his two friends, the fearful sheep and the strong Eddie Bear, Socke sets out on an adventurous journey, where he learns to admit his mistakes. Meanwhile, the others try to keep the mishap at the dam a secret with funny tricks.

When the beavers arrive, it turns out that only the beaver girl Fritzi is willing to help the animals.
