German Antarctic Expedition 1938/39 / crew list

The list contains all expedition members of the German Antarctic Expedition 1938/39 . If the participants have already taken part in previous polar expeditions, this is indicated under "Comments". Most of the crew members of the Schwabenland were previously active in the Atlantic service on this ship. As far as is known, all members were of German nationality.
