The German soccer championship of the B-Juniors in 2000 was the first edition of this competition. The champion was the 1. FFC Turbine Potsdam , who defeated FC Bayern Munich 7-1 in the final.

The winners of the five championship competitions of the regional associations of the German Football Association as well as the runners-up in the competitions of the North German, South German and West German regional associations qualified for the final round .
