The German soccer championship of the B-Juniors 2006 was the seventh edition of this competition. The championship went to the 1. FFC Turbine Potsdam , who defeated FC Bayern Munich 3-0 in the final and won the most important junior football title in Germany for the fourth time in a row and for the fifth time.
Participating teams
The winners of the five championship competitions of the regional associations of the German Football Association as well as the runners-up in the competitions of the northeast German, southern and west German regional associations qualified for the final round .
