Deux-Montagnes is a regional county municipality ( French municipalité régionale de comté, MRC ) in the Canadian province of Québec .

It lies in the administrative region of Laurentides and consists of seven subordinate administrative units (three cities and four municipalities). The MRC was founded on January 1, 1983. The main town is Deux-Montagnes . The population is 95,715 and the area 242.5 km², which corresponds to a population density of 394.6 inhabitants per km².
