Dida (born March 26, 1934 in Maceió , † September 17, 2002 in Rio de Janeiro ; real name Edvaldo Alves de Santa Rosa ) was a Brazilian football player. He played for Flamengo Rio de Janeiro for most of his career . He later worked as a youth coach for the club.

National team

In 1958 Dida won the soccer world championship with Brazil and came to an employment. Insch's internationals he scored four goals within three years.

On September 17, 2002 Dida died of cancer at the age of 68 .
