action

Joel Keefer's life is anything but easy. Although he was born with sufficient talent and intelligence, he is more like a clumsy clumsy person who constantly gets into embarrassing situations and seems to magically attract mishaps. In addition, Joel's penchant for chaos keeps tripping him up. As an employee in a prosperous company, he would easily have what it takes to work his way up. But Joel Keefer doesn't think much of slouching and carrying suitcases. Problems also plague him privately. Everything would be wonderful for him and his wife, Janet, if the desire to have children would finally work out. But nature denies Joel and that bothered him. His relationship with Janet suffers as well, despite all the love. One day the Keefers' lives come into motion. Harry, a friend and supporter of Joels, manages. persuade him to attend an important company meeting. Keefer does him a favor and suddenly takes the floor during the meeting when he rebukes the pessimist Tony Dugdale and comes up with a self-developed concept for a new business. Mr Roalveng, head of the company, is enthusiastic about the newcomer and invites him to a personal interview. Dugdale was originally intended for a promotion, but now Roalveng has the chance to get rid of the unloved "mad Tony" as he is called and to promote Keefer instead.

Dugdale and Keefer and their wives are invited to a country estate. Completely overwhelmed, Joel wants to take his wife on the trip. But chaos breaks out again here, because Janet's fiery boss, the Spaniard and photographer Carlos, clings to Joel's heels and pretends to be his homosexual partner to Mr Roalveng. Then it comes at a dinner for the meeting between Joel and wife Louise Roalveng. This makes him advances and leaves him no peace from now on. While staying in the country, she calls Joel into her house one morning and tries to seduce him, which is almost noticed by Mr. Roalveng. Keefer runs away, but is followed by Mr. Roalveng, who claims to have noticed someone. Louise also followed Joel into his apartment and tried again to persuade him to have sex . When Roalveng puts Keefer in his apartment, one suddenly hears a shrill scream from the neighboring apartment. Roalveng discovers his half-naked wife in Tony Dugdale's bedroom. Louise Roalveng says stiffly that Dugdale tried to seduce her. This results in Dugdale's retirement and Keefer's promotion. On the way back, Joel already belongs to the select group, but feels uncomfortable there and prefers to go to his wife Janet in her quarters. Mrs. Roalveng's got an eye on Carlos. Joel Keefer is no longer of interest to her.
