action
When the 36-year-old Nina loses her partner Boris in an accident after a 10-year relationship, her life is completely thrown off course. She also learns that Boris had a second family and was married to another woman. Traumatized, Nina plunges into the world of motorways and rest stops. In the trucker scene, she first finds a hold and finds herself in the bed of the truck driver Matthias, with whom she spends a few days and who even introduces her to his children. Shortly afterwards she is back on the street.
criticism
The film service judged that the film was "a sometimes intense, atmospherically dense drama about a woman thrown off track, which, however, subordinates its narrative freedom too much to the somewhat too intrusive post-traumatic plot".
Awards

Original title
The original title of the film, Zurich , refers to the Dutch town of Zurich , near which Nina's partner died in an accident.
