The beautiful bride in black is a thriller by director Carlo Rola from 2004. In the lead role , Iris Berben embodies the vengeful Sylvia Rosch, who does not shy away from murder in order to achieve her goals. The original title was Angel of Death .

The investigating authorities realize that Sylvia is a woman with particularly dangerous qualities. Through well-rehearsed exercises she is able to take on the role of another person at any time and to imitate their character traits almost perfectly. In the course of the plot it becomes clear that anyone who looks behind their game is the victim of an insidious murder.
Sylvia's preferred victims of her plan are rich, single men or marriage frauds.
The authorities are facing a particular mystery in solving this sinister series of murders, as Sylvia's ability to transform into a completely different person at short notice confuses everyone involved.
