Diederik Boer (born September 24, 1980 in Emmeloord , Flevoland province ) is a Dutch football player . He has been playing for PEC Zwolle since 2017 .

Career

In his youth, Diederik Boer played football for the Flevo Boys in his hometown of Emmeloord , before joining the PEC Zwolle youth team in 1995 . In 1999 he retired there due to age and came to Zwolle's second team until he finally made his debut in 2002 for the first team of PEC Zwolle. Boer then remained goalkeeper at Zwolle for over a decade and played with the team in both the Eredivisie and the Dutch second division . He completed a total of 293 missions for Zwolle.

In summer 2014 Diederik Boer moved to Ajax Amsterdam , where he received a three-year contract until summer 2017. Since then it has been used far less frequently. He also partly plays for the second team, Jong Ajax .
