Dieter Dornig

Dieter Dornig (born October 8, 1951 ) in Oberherwigsdorf near Zittau is a German singer .

Life

Dieter Dornig discovered his love for music at home. He learned to play the piano at the behest of his father. During his studies as a teacher in Bautzen , he completed an external training in opera singing. His first public appearances followed with musical melodies and opera arias - with which he was discovered by radio in a live broadcast.

He celebrated his first success as a singer in 1969 at the talent show Herzklopfen gratis by Heinz Quermann . The win was a duet with Dagmar Frederic in the live TV show Lieder, to sing from the moving train in Berlin's Friedrichstadt-Palast .

Soon he had his first engagement in the TV series Klock 8, aft power . Due to the success of his song Mother, I haven't written you for a long time , he became a regular at Klock 8, aft stream .

In the TV series Polizeiruf 110: Walzerbahn from 1979, his title Mother, I haven't written you for a long time was part of the film.

In 1987 the Amiga record company released the album Mutter, I haven't written you for a long time . Sony Music Entertainment re- released this album in 2014 in a digitally revised version.

By Dieter Thomas Heck , he received an invitation to the ZDF -Show The pyramid and placed there his title No one knows where the wind blows us before.

Since November 2014 Dieter Dornig has hosted the program "Waves, Wind and more ... a musical journey with Dieter Dornig" on the Internet radio station memoryRadio .
