Digitalism is an electro house duo from Germany, consisting of Jens “Jence” Moelle and İsmail “Isi” Tüfekçi.

history

The two people from Hamburg have been making music together since 2000, and they founded Digitalism in 2004. The debut album Idealism was initially released on the French label Kitsuné , but was re-released in May 2007 on the major record label EMI and received international attention. Since then they have also been playing at larger festivals, e.g. B. Melt (2007, 2011, 2013 (DJ-Set) & 2016) or Hurricane Festival (2008, 2011 & 2017) as well as the festival "SonneMondSterne" 2012 in Saalburg. In June 2011 their second regular album I Love You Dude was released. They became known through the song "Idealistic", which is used in the soundtrack of Midnight Club: Los Angeles and in Saints Row: The Third . In the games Need for Speed: ProStreet and FIFA08 the song "Pogo" is present. The song "Circles" can be heard in FIFA12 and the song "Shangri-La" in FIFA17 .
