Dillon Francis Casey (born October 29, 1983 in Dallas , Texas ) is an American - Canadian actor .

Life

Casey was born in Dallas and raised in Oakville . His father Richard is a urologist and his mother Patrice is an image consultant. After graduating from Oakville Trafalgar High School, Casey graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2005 and a Masters of Economics from the University of Toronto.

After minor roles in television series and films, he had his first major role in 2006 in the television series 11 Cameras . He played the role of Chuck in a total of 18 episodes. In 2009 he had one of the lead roles in the vampire mini-TV series Valemont . A year later he took part in an episode Vampire Diaries , which also focuses on vampires. He gained greater fame through the television series Nikita , where he played the role of Sean Pierce . In 2015 he appeared in two episodes of Marvel's Agents of SHIELD .
