action

Paige and Leo are newly married, still young and very much in love. The two of them are in their car on the drive home, fooling around. Leo stops on the snow-covered street to kiss Paige. Suddenly a truck appears behind them. The truck driver tries to brake, but does not succeed on the icy road and the vehicle hits her with full force.

When Paige regains consciousness in the hospital, Leo is already sitting in front of her. He survived the accident unscathed. But when Paige opens her eyes and sees the handsome young man in front of her, she takes him for her doctor. Her husband is both shocked and desperate because Paige lost all of her memories after high school. Leo tries to explain to her that he is her husband and that she loves him, but Paige cannot remember.

The doctor gives the young couple the tip that they should carry on with everyday life in order to regain Paige's memories. Paige, however, is very distant. Leo still decides to fight for their love. He wants to try to win her love for himself - as he did years ago. Paige distances herself further and further, she gets in contact with her family and her ex-fiancé again and goes back to her abandoned studies. After many attempts to win back Paige and her memories, Leo gives up because her family is also reluctant to him.

After some time, however, Paige learns from an old friend that she was having an affair with her father and that this was the reason for the break in contact and her lifestyle.

The same change begins all over again, and Paige begins a life as an artist again, but maintains contact with her parents. As fate would have it, Leo and Paige meet in front of a café that they used to go to when it was snowing, and they decide to have a drink together.

criticism

"Forever Love is a touching romantic drama with lots of fresh ideas that, despite some clichés typical of the genre, stands out positively from the competition."

“Admittedly, even if Michael Sucsy's story originated from reality, in terms of content, 'Forever Love' hardly stands out from the usual love films. And yet the director succeeds in telling the story with so much sensitivity and amiability that even the greatest refusers of kitsch will be able to win something. "
