Dino Medjedovic (born June 13, 1989 in Sarajevo , SFR Yugoslavia , today Bosnia and Herzegovina ) is an Austrian football player .

Career

Medjedovic came to Austria with his family in the turmoil of the Balkan War . He began his football career in the youth departments of SK Admira Linz and LASK Linz . At the age of 18 he moved to the Dutch second division club AGOVV Apeldoorn . In the Jupiler League he came to 20 games and one goal between 2007 and 2009. In the 2009/10 season he played for MFK Karviná in the Druhá league , the second highest division in the Czech Republic. In 2010 he returned to Austria and joined FC Blau-Weiß Linz from the Regionalliga Mitte.

In 2012 Medjedovic went to Germany and played for SC 07 Idar-Oberstein in the Regionalliga Südwest . In 2013, the 1.85 m tall midfielder moved to TSG Neustrelitz in the Regionalliga Nordost . From 2014 he played for VfL Wolfsburg II for two years , where he was top scorer and champion of the Regionalliga Nord 2015/16 with 23 goals .

For the 2016/17 season Medjedovic moved to third division club SC Paderborn 07 . After only half a year with Ostwestfalen, SC and Medjedovic terminated the contract in January 2017. This was followed by half-yearly guest appearances in Macedonia with KF Shkëndija and in Cyprus with Aris Limassol , before Medjedovic returned to Germany in January 2018 and joined the regional division Wacker Nordhausen . From the 2019/20 season he will only play for the second team Wackers in the NOFV Oberliga-Süd .

He then returned to Austria in February 2020 and switched to the regional league team ATSV Stadl-Paura .
