Dino Strano
Dino Strano , mostly performed as Dean Stratford , (* around 1935 in Catania , † after 1982 ) was an Italian stuntman and actor .
Life
Strano, about whose life almost nothing is known, began working in film as a stuntman and minor actor in the mid-1960s. Then he got supporting roles, later also some leading roles in mostly very cheaply produced and artistically insignificant, low-quality films. He was almost always listed as Dean Stratford in the cast list. He played u. a. directed by demofilo fidani and spaghetti westerns to 1975. Only a few times until 1983, after his name into the bar information appears; since then his trail has been lost. In an interview, director Gianni Crea reports that Strano had been seriously ill in the last few years of his life and had lived again in his hometown of Catania .
