Dipaleseng is a municipality in the Gert Sibande district , Mpumalanga province in South Africa with its seat in Balfour . Mafunda L. Makhubu is the mayor.
The community is named after the Sesotho word for place of flowers . It has an area of 2616 square kilometers.
