Pixley Ka Seme , also Dr Pixley Ka Isaka Seme , is a community in the Gert Sibande district , Mpumalanga Province in South Africa . It has an area of ​​5,227 km². The seat of the municipal administration is Volksrust . Phalaborwa Vincent Malatsi is the mayor.

The district is named after the politician Pixley ka Isaka Seme, who died in 1951 .
