Dixyrazine is the abbreviation for a neuroleptic antihistamine that was introduced in Germany in 1969 under the brand name Esucos.

A 1989 study reported the effectiveness of intravenous administration of dixyrazine in combination with betamethasone in controlling nausea and vomiting caused by anticancer drugs such as doxorubicin and cisplatin . Dixyrazine has also been shown to be effective in controlling the same symptoms in the postoperative period of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and after major surgery in children.
