Dombegyház is a large Hungarian municipality in the Mezőkovácsháza district in Békés county .

Geographical location

Dombegyház is located in the south-eastern part of Hungary, two kilometers from the border with Romania . Neighboring communities are Kisdombegyház, Battonya and Kevermes. The place Variaşu Mic is located directly behind the Romanian border .
