Dominante is a German - Russian almanac for literature and art that has been published every six months in Munich since 2006 . It is aimed at multilingual readers in different countries. The publication aims to deepen the dialogue between cultures. A wide range of texts by many authors from all epochs , e.g. B. Epikur , Rilke , Mandelstam are usually presented in parallel in German and Russian. The bilingual presentation of the texts of the Almanac occupies a free niche in the German-Russian cultural area.

Texts in other languages ​​are also increasingly being considered, for example in English , French , Italian , Spanish , Hebrew , Yiddish and the like. a.

A total of seven editions of the Dominant Almanac (2 issues per issue) have been published since 2006. The number of pages in each issue is between 300 and 350 pages.
