The municipality of Dongfeng ( Chinese 东风 区 , Pinyin Dōngfēng Qū ) is a municipality in the prefecture-level city of Jiamusi in the northeast Chinese province of Heilongjiang . It has an area of 53 km² and has 100,000 inhabitants (2004).
