People's Choice Classic
The People’s Choice Classic (formerly: Down Under Classic ) cycle race is a circuit race that has been held annually in Adelaide, Australia since 2006.
The route leads over a total of 51 kilometers (30 laps of 1.7 kilometers) around the Rymill Park . It marks the beginning of the Festival of Cycling , which takes place annually in January and concludes with the Tour Down Under .
The first winner in 2006 was the Australian Robbie McEwen , the record winners of the race are André Greipel and Caleb Ewan , who each won three times.
