Dr Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma ( Dr Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma Local Municipality ) is a municipality founded in 2016 in the South African province of KwaZulu-Natal . It belongs to the Harry Gwala district and emerged from the communities of Ingwe and Kwa Sani . It is located in the southwest of the province and borders Lesotho .

The administrative seat of the parish is Creighton . In 2011, 113,446 people lived in the area.

The community is named after the ANC politician Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma (* 1949).
