Dresden town clerk
The Dresden city writer award has been presented annually to German-speaking authors by the state capital of Dresden since 1996 . The title comes with a monthly grant of 1,500 euros and a free apartment. The position is limited from June to November and is donated by the Foundation for Art and Culture of the Ostsächsische Sparkasse Dresden . The award is advertised annually.
