The Driftwood River (English for "driftwood river") is the right source river of the East Fork White River in the US state of Indiana . It has a length of 25 km. Its catchment area covers an area of around 3017 km². The mean discharge at the Edinburgh gauge about 1.5 km below the confluence of its source rivers is 34 m³ / s.
course
The Driftwood River is formed at the confluence of the Big Blue River (left) and Sugar Creek, west of Edinburgh . It flows in a predominantly southerly direction through Bartholomew County , before it meets the Flatrock River on the western outskirts of Columbus and unites with it to form the East Fork White River.
