Dube Jillo

Dube Jillo (born September 12, 1970 ) is a former Ethiopian marathon runner .

At the World Cross Country Championships in Stavanger in 1989 , he was sixth in the junior race and won silver with the Ethiopian team. A year later he came in 24th place in the adult race of the Cross Country World Championships in Aix-les-Bains and again took team silver.

In 1995 he was third in the Rome Marathon . In 1996 he won the Vienna City Marathon and 1997 in Rome.

In 1999 he won the Tiberias marathon and finished 31st in the marathon of the World Athletics Championships in Seville . In 2000, he came 13th in Rome and was seventh in the Beijing Marathon .
