EBS Dayton Open 2006

The 2006 EBS Dayton Open took place January 25-29 , 2006 in Dayton , Ohio , United States . The men's squash tournament was part of the PSA World Tour 2005/06 and was endowed with US $ 40,000.

Defending champion was Peter Nicol , who did not participate again. John White won the final against Ramy Ashour , who only came into the main draw after qualifying, with 11: 5, 11: 3 and 11: 6.

The field of participants in the men's competition consisted of 16 players, four of which were reserved for qualifiers. The eight best players were seeded. Per Wildcard received Robert McFadzean a spot in the main draw.
