compatibility

Braun HT can be deposited in the kidneys and lymph vessels and cause allergies . The permitted daily dose is 0–3  milligrams per kilogram of body weight.

use

According to the Additive Approval Ordinance (ZZulV), Braun HT is only approved for certain foods. The dye may be used to mark meat.

This dye is mainly used in confectionery such as B. Chocolate is used.
