Giving Rheinhessen a face
"Giving Rheinhessen a face" is the motto of the "Eberhard and Barbara Linke Foundation" for the Rheinhessen anniversary year 2016. For this purpose, Prof. Eberhard Linke designed life-size portrait busts of historical personalities from Rheinhessen from 1790 to 1848, those of Hanns Dieter Hüsch and Dieter Hildebrandt in the Mainz cabaret archive.
The board of the foundation is looking for institutions, companies, cities and communities or individuals who have a thematic reference to the individual portrayed personalities and who take on a sponsorship for these heads. The portraits are available in terracotta, but can be cast in bronze at any time.
