Eduard Christoph Heinisch

Eduard Christoph Heinisch (* January 14, 1931 in Vienna , † 12. November 1999 in Salzburg ), pseudonym Adam Tintinger was an Austrian poet , prose - writer , satirist and journalist .

Live and act

In 1945 he moved to Vöcklabruck , where from 1946 he worked for many years as a chemist , editor of the company newspaper Lenzella and from 1980 press officer at Lenzing AG .

His poems, stories and cultural-political essays were published in domestic and foreign daily and weekly newspapers as well as cultural magazines and almanacs. His libretto for the Severin Oratorio was set to music by Augustinus Franz Kropfreiter and that for the February cantata by Gunter Waldek .

He was a satirical columnist for the weekly newspaper Die Furche . At ORF he worked on the ex libris series . From 1973 it belonged to the Austrian PEN Club . In 1974 he founded the literary club Confrontation in Vöcklabruck , which he led until 1986 and which was able to refer to a list of well-known speakers at his meetings.

After his retirement he moved to Grödig . His literary estate has been in the literary archive of the Austrian National Library since 2005 .
