Eduard Hermann von Lütcken

Eduard Hermann von Lütcken (born December 21, 1851 in Osnabrück ; † November 10, 1926 at Gut Holenwisch, municipality of Wischhafen ) was a German landowner, judge and parliamentarian.

Life

Eduard Hermann von Lütcken was the son of the Hanoverian Prime Minister Eduard Christian von Lütcken . He studied law at the University of Heidelberg , where he became a member of the Corps Vandalia Heidelberg . After completing his legal traineeship, worked as a court assessor in Schleswig from 1879 to 1881 and then became a lawyer in Hanover . He then entered the Prussian judicial service and became a district judge at the Syke district court , where he became a district judge in 1893. In 1897 he was promoted to regional court director at the regional court of Hanover and in 1907 transferred to the higher regional court of Cologne as president of the senate . In 1915 he retired, which he first spent on his Gut Klein-Klecken in what is now Harburg.

Lütcken was the legal canon of the noble ladies' monastery of Bassum . In 1918 he became a member of the provincial parliament of the Province of Hanover as a successor , and in 1922 he was a member of the Prussian State Council . As a member of the DHP , he sat in on the center . In 1924 he moved from Klein-Klecken to Holenwisch. The eventing rider Eduard von Lütcken was his son.
