Edward Francis Ryan (born March 10, 1879 in Lynn , Massachusetts , USA ; † November 3, 1956 ) was Bishop of Burlington .

Life

Edward Francis Ryan received on 10 August 1905, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On November 11, 1944, Pope Pius XII appointed him . to the Bishop of Burlington. The Archbishop of Boston , Richard Cushing , donated him episcopal ordination on January 3, 1945 ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of New York , Francis Spellman , and the Bishop of Providence , Francis Patrick Keough .
